Airports in Cuba opened
Since 15 November 2020 Cuban airports are opened to receive international flights. All Cuban airports are certified and have the security protocols against COVID-19 in place. Cuba continues to be a safe country and both in airports and in lodging facilities medical service is guaranteed, PCR tests are performed and the premises have the conditions to ensure physical distance, hand disinfection and the means to inform and guide the visitor on the behaviour to follow. From 10th January 2021 the result of a negative PCR-RT test for SARS Cov-2 will be a mandatory requirement for all travellers arriving in Cuba from abroad. Cuba has also required all international travellers to have a travel insurance policy with medical expenses coverage in order to enter the country. At the points of entry to Cuba’s national territory is possible to buy a temporary medical insurance.
